2. The promotional period is open on March 2021 unless highlighted otherwise, the activities listed will run during the promotional period, please refer to the individual event for specific dates, times and further details.

5. Bodies for whom ukactive acts as a data processor: in the provision of some services, ukactive acts as a processor for third parties. A specific example is when ukactive is helping an organisation to understand whether their services are effective and your information is crucial to us knowing if that is the case. In such cases, it is necessary for ukactive to share your personal data. Your explicit consent will be secured whenever we are required to do so.
6. Any party approved by you: if we do ever share anything with a third party for commercial, marketing and research purposes, you will have specifically approved that party having access to your data. This includes our Commercial Partners with whom we may share your data for the purposes of providing you with information on any tickets, special offers, opportunities, products and services and other commercial benefits provided by our commercial partners ONLY where you have given your express permission to do so;

Other service providers: we rely on a number of sub-contractors to help us run our organisation which may mean securing support for example, email marketing specialists, payment processors, data analysis, promotional advisors, contractors or suppliers and IT services (including CRM, website, video- and teleconference services). This includes our supply chain partners & sub-contractors, such as couriers, import/export agents, shippers;

9. Police, law enforcement and security services: to assist with the investigation and prevention of crime and the protection of national security.
10.  All activities are subject to availability, and can be changed or withdrawn without notice.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All claims will be subject to the Promoter’s validation and verification checks. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English, Scottish or Northern Irish law as relevant and the Courts of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland will have jurisdiction as relevant.
